Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority!  BMS and AnchorPad products are guaranteed to be free of material and workmanship defects.  If you have product that is malfunctioning or seems to be defective, we will provide technical support to resolve the situation or replace the product. Please give us a call at 1 (800) 872-9562.

We want you to be happy!  If the product on your invoice does not perform to your expectations, obtain an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) from one of our friendly staff members.  We will guide you through the quick and easy return and exchange process.  We regret that shipping and return shipping charges are not refundable.

RETURN POLICY FOR BMS & ANCHORPAD PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH OUR ONLINE STORE:
  • Please contact us if you would like to return an order. Our Customer Service line is 1-800-872-9562.
  • For unused product, in new condition, and returned to our warehouse within 15 days of customer receipt, a full refund of the product costs will be credited.  Shipping charges (including return shipping charges) are the sole responsibility of the customer. This policy applies to online or phone order purchases only.
  • For unused product, in new condition, and returned to our warehouse after 15 days of customer receipt, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted and the balance will be credited.  Shipping charges (including return shipping charges) are the sole responsibility of the customer. This policy applies to online or phone order purchases only.
  • We regret that BMS-AnchorPad cannot return any product after 90 days of customer receipt.
RETURN POLICY FOR BMS & ANCHORPAD PRODUCTS PURCHASED USING A PURCHASE ORDER AND/OR THROUGH A DEALER, RESELLER OR DISTRIBUTOR:
  • Product can be returned within 90 days of the invoice date. However, a minimum 25% restocking fee will be deducted, and the balance will be credited. Shipping charges (including return shipping charges) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Regardless of how the BMS-AnchorPad product was purchased, to qualify for a credit, all returned product must be received by the BMS-AnchorPad warehouse in the following conditions:

  • Product must be in its original box.
  • Product must be in new and unused conditioncomplete with all parts and hardware.
  • Product must be in “saleable” condition.

We regret that Special-Order, Custom, Damaged, Used and/or Incomplete product will not qualify for a refund credit.
